1️⃣ Depth Chart Reasoning:
Nebraska’s quarterback hierarchy comes down to experience and mobility over pure pedigree. With former five-star Dylan Raiola gone, the Huskers turned to Anthony Colandrea – a multi-year starter from UNLV – as the new QB1. Colandrea’s dual-threat ability (nearly 3,500 yards passing in 2025 and legit running skills) gives him a higher fantasy floor and immediate grasp of Dana Holgorsen’s up-tempo offense. T.J. Lateef showed flashes as a freshman but remains raw in reading defenses, so he slots in as a developmental QB2 rather than a true challenger. Veteran transfer Daniel Kaelin provides insurance as QB3, but Nebraska ideally won’t need to tap that depth if Colandrea’s play and health hold up.
