Ranking the top quarterbacks for college fantasy football last year was simple. Most of them were returning stars. We had Quinton Flowers #2 and while he had a top 11 finish, he didn’t come close to our #3’s production. Here are just a few that we hit on last year:[/vc_column_text][dt_vc_list]
